All my preparations are baked to order, fresh just before delivery and use the finest ingredients. I only use free range eggs, French butter, premium flours, 100% Belgium chocolate and organic cocoa powder and 100% pure Madagascan vanilla pods. I do not use any artificial flavors, only natural juices and zests.
I drizzle my cakes with a homemade syrup to compliment the flavor and give a nice moist texture. All cake fillings are homemade using unique recipes developed over my +30 years of cake baking and patisserie.
